Nail Babes founder Holly, a woman in the construction industry, found it hard to find durable nail products that could withstand a demanding lifestyle. So she created Nail Babes, a company centred around products and education tailored to help hard working people achieve salon quality, strong nails at home. For DIY nails that work!

How can I track my package?

You can track your package using the Shop App. There will be a link to download the app in checkout or you can download via the App Store.

I think my package may be lost?

We apologize if your package has not reached you in the standard delivery period or if its tracking status is not showing on your Shop App. If your package is not tracking, wait a few business days to allow for updates such as clearing customs or passing from different couriers. We partner with different couriers to best suit our customers and their locations. If you are having trouble locating your package please first contact your courier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, email us at info@nailbabes.net to help resolve the issue.

Are your products safe?

We source the best quality products for our customers, and will only offer products that we stand behind and use ourselves. However if you are allergic to gel nail products we recommend you do not use our products. If you are unfamiliar with gel nail products or unsure if you are allergic we recommend seeking professional medical advice from a dermatologist before using our products. And as always use caution during application to keep gel products away from the skin.

Do you offer salon pricing or discounts?
